L K Mechanical is a Brooklyn-based service helping homeowners, landlords, and small business owners deal with water damage and the everyday wet-property problems that come with city living. We're based in Sunset Park at 225 47th St and work across Brooklyn and the wider New York City area.
Most of what we do comes down to a few simple things: getting water out, drying things properly, and giving people clear answers about what's happening in their property. Because the name includes "Mechanical," we naturally lean into the property and mechanical side of water work — leak cleanup, moisture control, structural drying, and supporting the building so it can return to normal use.
We try to keep the experience straightforward. You call, we listen, we show up when we say we will, and we explain what we're doing in plain language. No pressure, no upsells, no surprises.
